The EMA is a regional association for German businesspeople and entrepreneurs engaged in fostering cooperation and international understanding between Germany, Europe, and the Mediterranean and Middle East region. It connects economic, political, and academic decision makers and multipliers from a variety of countries and sectors.

The Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences has been active on the African continent since 2005 and has integrated all activities in research, teaching, learning, innovation and transfer in the Africa Institute. The cooperation with African partners focuses on practice-oriented and interdisciplinary projects in the fields of health management, entrepreneurship, decentralised electrification, circular ecenomy, logistics and resource management as well as commercialization of research.

Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf’s Centre for International Affairs brings together the International Office, Funding and Career Service (IFC), the Language Centre and the HSWT International School. Its primary function is to strategise and coordinate internationalisation efforts at the university and it operates within the framework of the ‘HSWT goes International’ strategy.

TUM without borders – Development cooperation at TUM. Development cooperation projects at TUM are multifaceted, involve a wide variety of fields, and are run by local partners around the entire world. For example, employees and students are involved in the construction of an innovative school auditorium in Tanzania, and medical students are working on humanitarian initiatives.

The members of the One World Network Bavaria e.V. want to win more people to orient their thinking and actions towards responsibility for the One World. They inform about the causes and backgrounds of global problems. Through information and educational events, actions, campaigns and lobbying, the members of the One World Network repeatedly ask our society about the sustainability of our way of life.

The Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSS) has been involved in International Cooperation for more than 40 years, with special focus on development cooperation, and is active in around 80 projects in more than 50 countries. Together with local partners, we implement projects in the areas of political consulting and political education. In doing so, equal-footing cooperation and our partners’ independence and self-responsibility is of particular concern to us.

The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is a registered association that exclusively pursues non-profit purposes. Over 1000 colleagues in more than 100 offices worldwide take care of projects in around 120 countries; in their host countries they advocate for democracy, rule of law, freedom and a social market economy and promote exchange between Germany and the countries of assignment.

We want to contribute to Africa being increasingly perceived as a continent of opportunity. This also requires stronger networking between representatives from politics, business and civil society here in Germany with the respective actors in the individual African countries.

The German Africa Foundation (DAS) is a non-partisan foundation committed to the successful implementation of the Africa policy guidelines of the German Federal Government. As a facilitator, we offer a platform for partnership-based exchange between German and African actors and thus strengthen cooperation with the states and institutions of our neighbouring continent.

The Munich Security Network is an association of companies and research institutions. Objectives: to raise awareness and competence on the topic of IT security, to promote the protection of companies and the public against cyber risks and to make a concrete contribution to promoting innovation and excellence in the field of IT security.

The Munich Security Conference is the world’s leading forum for debating international security policy. It is a venue for diplomatic initiatives to address the world’s most pressing security concerns.
